Sony Ericsson MP001 Music Dock

Following on from the MDS-60 and MDS-70 music phone stands, the Toblerone-esq CPF-P001 music dock allows you to use your mobile phone as a hifi in the home.





Simply place you phone on the cradel and you will have access to your collections of urban folk trance that you have on there.

Sony's 32-bit S-Master Digital amplifier delivers 25W (RMS) of high quality sound via sterio speakers and sub-woofer (located with the AC adapter).

SE have also kindly provided a remote control with the unit so you can contol it sitting on the sofa, knackered from a long night of urban folk trance rockin'.

Sony Ericsson W300i - Walkman Flip



Yet another Walkman handset from SE, but thistime in a clamshell form factor.

Some are saying its a bit of a chunky number but I quite like the look of it.

Rumour: SE Slider on the way?

There are some rumours going round the forums at the moment that Sony Ericsson may soon introduce another new phone using a new sliding form factor.

Possible features would be S700 looks, 3.2 mega pixel cam, 2.2-2.4" 640x480 QVGA screen along with features found on other recent SE phones.

This phone could be be officially annouced at CeBIT which starts on March 9th 2006 in Hannover.

Sony Ericsson K790/K800 (aka Wilma)


SE have announced an update to the K750i, which is the first of their linup to have the Sony CyberShot branding.

The phone includes a very useful 3.2 megapixel camera (autofocus, image and video stabilizer and built-in Xenon flash, BestPic™), 240x320 pixel screen, GSM & UTMS (3G), Music and video player and Memory Stick Micro™ (M2™)

SonyEricsson P950 - iPod Killer?


A very similar factor as the M600 but with a twist.

Not only is this baby a walkman branded touchscreen smartphone, but it comes with a 4GB of onboard storage!

The only thing that would stop me buying it is the lack of camera, which I have actually stated using on my mobiles now. Although I do hear that there is space for a camera on a future version...

Sony Ericsson Announces The M600


In advance of the 3gsm World Congress on the 16th Febuary, Sony Ericsson have announced the new M600 3G smart phone, running on the same UIQ3 interface as we will see (eventually) on the P990.

Developed with business types in mind this stylish mobile features 240x320 pixel touchscreen, querty(esq) key layout, push email, full HTML browser all packed into a case that is only 15mm thick!

Other features include 80MB internal memory, 112g weight, bluetooth, media player and flight mode. More information is available in the Full specification on the SE website.

It will be available in both black and white and you can expect it first appear in the shops during Q2 2006.
